Training Options

We at PARCS want to ensure that you get the most from your software investment.  The best way is to see that your staff receives the appropriate training on PARCS software from the start. Throughout our training offerings, users learn PARCS short-cuts and tips that will help them efficiently operate the software and their facilities.

PARCS provides a host of training options including:

  • Videos - Our core set of digital Training Videos are free and are included on our web site.   The training videos are short and topic specific so you only spend a few minutes to learn or update yourself on a PARCS feature.  It is much faster and easier to watch one of our trainers show you how to use a feature than to explain it in a manual.  Updated digital training videos are available via download for registered software users.
  • Phone Q&A - Customer prepares a list of questions and PARCS addresses each, one by one over the phone.
  • Online - Remote training via internet and phone using web conferencing, remote access software that allows your staff to see the same screens and walk through the training with PARCS as if our instructors were there in your office.  We recommended this option be in taken in 2 hour blocks. 
  • On-site - PARCS will travel to your place of business to train.  Full PARCS training is 2 days.  Each day consists of 6 hours from 9 am - 12 pm and 1 pm - 4 pm. 
  • PARCS 9 Assistant - A context sensitive, searchable help system is available any time by simply pressing the F1 Function key.  Browse the PARCS 9 Assistant by topic, chapter or whatever method works best for you.
